Don’t hang out with people who don’t love you. Don’t try to impress people who aren’t worth it. Don’t try to win people over who aren’t worth it. Focus on yourself, and focus on the people who are really awesome and who love you. Don’t hang out with people who make you feel like shit. Don’t spend your energy on them. There is so much pressure to be part of the right thing: well, you should create the right thing. If you don’t see it, create it. If you don’t see what you want, be the change you want to see. The Dove women look much better anyway…i had to reblog this, wow. such a powerful message.

beautiful

BRAVO

If you dont reblog this, I’m judging you. I dont csare if your blog is quality, grunge etc. It can actually help someone.

i fucking hate this

The all look beautiful

I love how the dove women are different heights and sizes and are actually smiling and are all together and look proud whereas the Victoria secret woman are all the same heights and weights and are doing model poses.

I generally like this message. What I don’t like is that it’s shaming the VS models on their bodies just because they’re not bigger women. All of the women in both photos and in the whole world possess “real beauty” regardless of size, ethnicity, height, style, occupation, orientation, intelligence, sense of humor, sense of confidence, or any other thing women get judged by. Of course the VS models are doing model poses they’re effing models that’s what they’re paid for, but they’re only the same height because they’re not all standing straight which is done on purpose to make it look more streamlined and uniform because it’s an ad and that’s the purpose of most ads, especially from companies like VS. And they are MOST DEFINITELY not all the same weight come on that was just stupid to say and judgmental. They don’t even all have the same body type for heaven’s sake, just like the Dove women.
Everybody has a different body type and shape and everybody feels beautiful in a certain way, so good for them for being proud of their bodies, regardless of what others may view them as. Don’t shame the VS models just because they’re thin and don’t look like the Dove women, that’s the same as shaming the Dove women for being thick and curvy and not looking like the VS models.

^ THANK YOU, ALL OF THIS.

I would also like to point out that there is no “Love my Body” campaign. Body is the name of one of their bras. So, while the “love my body” slogan is pretty catchy, it’s meant to be about a bra. The one they’re all wearing in the picture.
